Roof Work and Roof Replacement With GutterGuardian

If you are having roof work that requires GutterGuardian removal, you need to have the original installers remove the GutterGuardian system prior to the roof work. Once the roof is completed, the original installers need to re-install the Gutterguardian system.

Work done by any other company is not covered under the warranty. Dixie HomeCrafters has no way of maintaining quality control over other roofing companies. If the installers aren’t properly certified, insured, and trained, they run the risk of improperly removing and installing the GutterGuardian system. Faulty installation can result in roof problems and foundation damage.

Natural Disaster and Weather Damage to GutterGuardian

Natural disasters, fallen branches, and other unfortunate events that effect installation quality are not covered under any warranties. Homeowners insurance is necessary in the case of home damage. Dixie HomeCrafters will gladly schedule an appointment to your house and re-quote GutterGuardian installation for free.

Warranty Transfer

The No-Clog Warranty is transferable within 5 years of installation upon inspection. Transferred warranties are covered for a period of 20 years from the original date of installation. If you are planning on selling your house, warranty transfer can be very valuable to a new homeowner. Make sure they are aware that part of their new home is covered under warranty.
